Bug Remote Controller
The Bug Remote Controller (BRC) is a little handheld button-box, which is connected to the BCC and allows the operator to select welding parameters for the current welding pass, to test the system, to start/stop welding and to make corrections during welding.
Bug Control Cabinet
The Bug Control Cabinet (BCC) contains all the electronics to control the Welding Bug, the wire feeder, the gas valve(s) and the welding converter. It’s internal computer is programmed through a RS232 interface by downloading new programs and/or welding parameters.
Support software
The Support Software is a package of programs for a personal computer running Windows, which allows the operator to edit welding parameters for different welding passes, monitor the welding process during welding and print out welding reports.
Welding power source
A welding power source provides the power necessary to actually weld. Converters supported so far: Lincoln, Miller and Fronius power sources
Wire feeder
The 4 roll wire drive wire feeders (Type 4R220 including Auto drive 19) are powerful yet compact wire drives for robot and hard automation applications.
Water cooler
In case of using water-cooled torches a Water Cooler is required. The welding system can also run on Gas Cooled torches.
